To the 7/8 people that will repost this, I just released a new music. It’s a combination of house and soul music, with some folklore lyrics. I’m sure you’ll love it.

Someone making music entirely with AI and then posing as a human creator is not something we should be encouraging at all.
That’s not creativity. That’s a scam.
This is one of the most heart-wrenching moments I’ve ever experienced .
All our lives, we’re taught that people dance when they’re happy, when they’re celebrating, when they’re full of joy.
But this last dance? Words cannot describe the pain it carries.
When my siblings and I buried our father, we were leaving the mortuary for the graveside. The undertakers were doing their thing, playing music as they always do. We were silently walking ahead of the procession when the leader came up to me and said something I’ll never forget:
“Start dancing. This is the last respect you’re giving your father.”
My father was a joyful man. He loved to dance.
Omo, I burst into dance.
But my heart was in pieces.
I was dancing and crying at the same time. The pain was so overwhelming that I could barely breathe. Tears blurred my vision and I could hardly see where I was going, but I kept dancing.
Because for that moment, through all the grief and heartbreak, it was my final dance with my father.
I don't know why but this strikes me as more emotional than crying, for her, given her age.
Almost like, "let me give you my last performance, darling." This is so rare but touching.
If we were in a better place economically, artists like this would build their own community and be able to get gigs and basically have a career without needing to be globally or even nationally famous.
That’s where we need to be.

Guys!! It’s cold very outside! I just stepped outside my house to feel it. And if it’s this cold in Lagos, it’s colder in Ibadan and much even colder in the bushes! These children and their teachers are shivering right now! This is their 27th night! God!😭😭
