Nothing has really worked yet.

Today I start documenting every single day until I hit $1M ARR.

day 7

made solid progress on 2 client projects today, and one of them is now close to the finish line.

finished the shopify–etsy sync integration for my ecom client.

prepared new aso updates for my apps. shipping them soon and i’ll share what changed once i have enough data.

@fiberyhq accepted me into their startup program, so i’m planning to use it heavily and build a project management system that actually works for me.

also still in talks for 2 potential projects that will hopefully kick off soon.

started working on an efficient pipeline for the slideshow automation too.

get new customer nd work on that project

my mobile app get first customer this week

started to using slack again and i optimized all my flows w my slack bot (tracking stats from apps , status checks, error logs etc.)

my ecom customers project is nearly done

i hope end of this month im getting rid of my debts 🙌🏾

i’m going to put more effort into organic marketing and start testing paid ads over the next few days.

ordered a new light and it’s on the way. still learning what works, but i want to make every post a little better than the last one.
building the business and learning how to document it at the same time.

day 6

moved project management over to @fiberyhq and rebuilt the whole system in there.

everything in one place now instead of scattered across five tools.

seventy got approved. that's 3 apps live. link's on the srreal site in my bio.

started a new app with one of my clients today. gcloud setup, project scaffolding, first demo built and presented all in one sitting.

tiktok ai influencer automation kept posting without me touching it.

also started digging into aso across all the apps. shipping is one thing, getting found is another. turns out the second part is harder.

Day 5.

wasnt my best day but I kept pushing anyway

built out my investment tracking bot added news and tweet integrations so it stays current

wired scheduled jobs into Hermes Agent so it runs a morning brief every day (mail, calendar, tasks) and a weekly meal plan automation on Sundays

started the Shopify → Etsy integration for an ecom client of ours.

produced + posted new content for our tiktok influencer.

started thinking through a new web app to sit alongside my 3 mobile apps

today wasn't a peak-focus day. But progress is progress.

day 4

youtube and tiktok automations kept running today. like rates on tiktok are climbing every day now, it's finally moving.

set up a hermes agent and moved all my personal scheduled automations over to it. now it just pings me on telegram when something runs.

thinking about pulling my project management and task system out of obsidian. haven't figured out where it's going yet.

pushed a few updates to my investment and finance tracker telegram bot and hooked it into my telegram group.

did some ui updates and reorganized collections on my ecom client's shopify store.

tried @DanKulkov's aso skill on my own apps. haven't pushed anything live yet but i'm still running tests with it.

and i have zero experience with filming or editing but i'm just figuring it out as i go.
these are my first attempts so go easy :D

rest of the day:

figuring out what structure i'm actually going to use for project management
proper testing on the telegram bot

and moving all my domains from godaddy to @cloudflare after that pretty much my whole dev setup lives on cloudflare

finally cracked the us fyp thing on tiktok. grabbed an old iphone, set it up clean from scratch with a residential us ip, started posting from there.

it's working. now i wanna run a second account. anyone running two accounts off the same device? does that mess up the first one or is it fine if the setup stays clean?

Day 3.

Three days in and I've already shipped more than I did in some full months this year.

Today:

Pushed my CRM client's feedback fixes to production. Everything they flagged last week is live now.

Rebuilt the Srreal Studio website. All our apps and service pricing are on there link in bio if you want to see what we actually do.

Seventy hit a snag in App Store review. Fixed the issue, resubmitted. Waiting again.

Kept pushing the TikTok and YouTube automation. Views are consistently crossing 1,000 on YouTube now a week ago they were dying at 100.

Also reworking my whole system from the ground up. How I plan, how I track, how I decide what gets built next. More on that soon.

And I rebuilt my desk setup and picked up a proper microphone. Live streams are coming.

Finished the PostHog dashboards and onboarding tracking for one of my apps.
I can finally see exactly where people drop off instead of guessing.

Shipped Etsy and Amazon integrations for an ecom client.
Wired up the email notification system for a CRM I'm building for another one.

Rebuilt my content automation too.
My videos used to die at 100 views. Today they hit 500 to 1,000 on YouTube.

Also prepped a batch of Meta ads creatives on top of all that.

Camera and mic are set up. From here on you'll see this in video, not just text.
Tomorrow I'm putting every project I run into a single link and pinning it to my profile.

@aneta_dv Everything used to be like a short-lived whim; I wasn't seeing things through to the end, I wasn't putting in my full effort.

Now, however, I don't give up on something I've started until I've pushed it to the very end; I'm much more disciplined rn.
