@TLRailUK please can you confirm if there are time restrictions for off peak carnet tickets in the evening? Your staff at Blackfriars always say I can't travel between 1630-1900 but your staff at St Pancras say no restrictions in the evening at all. Which is correct please?

@TLRailUK please could you also let me know when you will turn the barriers on to accept carnets? I need to leave extra travel time (therefore reducing my earnings) for my tickets to be scrutinised and for staff to tell me to be careful as they're off peak. Getting fed up.
