A neurologist once told me:
“Stick out your tongue for 40 seconds removes cortisol faster than any pills and breathing exercises.”
1. Your neck is what's keeping you anxious.
Flock cameras now log approximately 20 BILLION vehicle scans every month. That’s not targeted policing of bad guys. That’s mass collection and surveillance - not safety.
STOP THE FLOCK.
Everyone (including me) need to get out of the habit of calling out Flock cameras.
It’s not just Flock. It’s others too.
We need to be clear it’s surveillance cameras that are opposed, not just one company.
A bike path. A swimming pool. A park. A hiking trail.
Hey @Flock_Safety since you finally decided to crawl out of the shadows and reply, want to explain why your “public safety” cameras are nowhere near a road and instead pointed at people just trying to live their lives?
Currently inside Mamooth Cave in Kentucky. It‘s the longest known cave system in the world (more than 430 miles). That’s more than 1.5× longer than the second-longest cave system.🤯
Now that the trip is almost over, I want to answer one of the questions we’ve been asked the most: “How are you guys able to afford a trip like this?”
The answer is actually pretty simple. We saved up for this trip over the past year, and it wasn’t nearly as expensive as most people probably assume.
We stayed mostly in budget hotels, and always split the cost between the three of us. Our flight to the US was also only 255€ for example. The biggest expenses were the rental cars and World Cup tickets.
In total the 6 weeks here with everything combined probably cost around 6-7k (It‘s probably 6k but since we also saved money thanks to invitations like the hotel stay in Houston, let‘s say it would’ve been around 7k). I know that’s still a lot of money, but it’s nowhere near what some people seemed to think we were spending. We met other World Cup tourists who told us their trips cost more than $40,000. If you‘re ok with not living in luxury than travelling doesn‘t need to be this expensive.
I’ll calculate the exact total once I’m back home.
Here's who committed treason in Congress today by voting for the 2027 NDAA, integrating the US military with Israel:
Democrats:
🔴 Don Davis
🔴 Jared Golden
🔴 Adam Gray
🔴 Vicente Gonzalez
🔴 Marie Gluesenkamp Perez
Republicans:
🔴 Everyone, except Thomas Massie
Congress is not serious.
We are voting on a stock trading ban for members of Congress…
BUT Republicans added voter-ID in the legislation.
Not to get Dems to vote for voter-ID,
but to get them to vote against the stock trading ban, so they can use it in the Nov. election.
For 200,000 years, humans didn't sleep 8 hours in a row.
That number was invented in 1938 by a mattress company called Simmons.
Then they hired a psychologist named Dr. Nathaniel Kleitman to "test" whether 8 straight hours were the biological standard. Dr. Nathaniel Kleitman falsified the studies.
He was completely funded by the mattress industry.

The founders of the United States wrote the 4th amendment to protect the people from being spied on by the government.
Anyone who supports this government spying on it's people is a traitor to everything the founders believed and everything this country stands for.
5/5 The problem is that it’s also possible he’s innocent. It’s not at all impossible, which means that even with the plea deal, nothing has been proven one way or the other. There’s not even a motive.
The truth is still unknown.
There were 2 types of investigation: 1st was to get to the truth of what happened, and 2nd was to build a case against a suspect. We can see how the investigation shifted from one to the other w/ BK.
But LE jumped the gun, imo.
