Using @StatsBomb's 360 data for Portugal vs Germany at the Euro, I plotted every pass made to Gosens in the final third. Yet another way of seeing the shocking amount of space given to him.

And yes, I'm still having nightmares about that match...

@markrstats @StatsBomb Also, the relative positioning is more important than the absolute. I was debating changing the end also, particularly for short passes. That would probably make sense.

@markrstats @StatsBomb Yes, I did. I was unsure about how to deal with that, and felt this way was more informative (particularly for an animation). Not sure what it means about the data though (I assume it's just the result of different measurement errors).
