@BryanTweed16 It seems so gratuitously punitive. Also the USGA plumping itself up as a decisive force in golf. Usually ends up as something tedious, with players biting their tongues all week.
@arthistorynews I think it makes a very compelling statement as a work of art—surreal, if you will—that transforms it from being a mere fragment. Sort of an Erased deKooning aesthetic.
@London_W4 Would you consider, at some point, posting about the berths you use to dock along the waterways—how does the system work? Ownership of a slot? Reservations like hotels? First-come, first-served? It’s an interesting factor in boat ownership, even for us non-owners.

@London_W4 Casting is an immensely meditative and satisfying activity. This from someone who once entangled a fish in a tree by jerking the line too hard in an attempt to “set” the hook. Delicacy is called for.
