Purchased this high-end range from @BestBuy just a few years ago. Suddenly stopped working and discovered I was out of 12 month service window. After a $150 consultation with local repair co, I discover that the "heater element" had completely corroded. @BestBuySupport help?
@rahulsood I agree, but what are some examples of precedent when business started out with free features (but then started charging for them)? I'm sure there are some good ones out there of the last 10 years. I can only think of @Strava slowly migrating from 'free' to premium...
@RohnJobinson not a big shoe guy, but those nikecrafts are rad, and will be attempting a purchase tomorrow. how many moons did it take you before making a successful monthly purchase?
@Popehat We were obviously terrified of propane tank exploding. According to FD, that’s actually very unlikely (would need to be under extreme pressure to do so…). The chicken turned out pretty good though 🤷🏼♂️
@Popehat Well… my brother took a hose to it, while I evacuated the dogs (to the right) and dialed the fire department. Fortunately they showed up within minutes. Water generally a terrible idea for grease fire (but was of course knee jerk reaction to gnarly situation)
@rahulsood Appreciate this perspective. I was working entirely from home (from 2013-2016) before discovering WW, and it changed the game for me personally work/life balance wise. And very much missing the AMEX promotion they had going in 2019 (aka free WeWork)
Here's what you're gonna do. You're not gonna be sorry, you're gonna be better. The deer? You are hunting it, not chasing it. You only fire when I tell you to fire. NOT when you see it. NOT when it's guard is up. Nice and easy. Do you understand, boy?
