ICYMI: pts with uncomplicated gonococcal infections with negative Chlamydia testing, you ONLY tx the gonorrhea with single dose of IM Ceftriaxone. You do NOT do duo therapy with Azithromycin anymore bc of inc. rates of azithromycin resistance.
