My husband texted me from his business trip across the country:
“Flight landed safely. Going straight to the hotel to crash. Dead tired.”
An hour later, I received an automated email. Because we share a family credit card, his Uber receipt dropped right into my inbox.
I opened it to make sure he got to his hotel okay.
The pickup location was the airport.
But the drop-off location wasn't a hotel. It was a residential address just three blocks away from our own house.
Thinking he had flown back early to surprise me, I smiled and walked out to the driveway to look for his car.
It wasn't there.
Then my phone buzzed with a text from our next-door neighbor:
“Hey, did your husband change his flight? I just saw him carry a suitcase into my guest room.”
I stared at the text from my neighbor, the phone suddenly feeling heavy in my hand.
I looked across the lawn toward her house. The lights in her second-story guest room were on, the curtains drawn.
My mind spun, trying to force the puzzle pieces into a shape that made sense. Why would he fly across the country, fly right back, and sneak into the house next door?
I typed back to my neighbor: Are you absolutely sure it was him? He’s supposed to be in Chicago.
A minute later, she replied:....

I have been an active internet user since 2003.
In 2000, I first got an email [email protected]. (I cannot remember the domain name, but in those days, there was no Gmail or Yahoo in Kenya.)
I have been an active mobile internet user since 2007 February.
My first internet-enabled phone was the Motorola 7i.
During this era, browsing was almost free of charge.
Therefore, I have the experience to see scammers and liars by just observing their characters online.
By just reading what you have written, I will deduce your intention and disarm you right away.
There are thousands of criminals online preying on your ignorance, especially on the pretext of Crypto and FOREX.
You have all read how a young man in Kenya was brutally murdered alongside three men for allegedly scamming someone of USD 10,000 on the pretext of Crypto windfalls.
I want to reiterate to you that there is no shortcut to wealth creation. You must work hard and sweat.
Ignore platitudes like "work smart", etc. You must work hard. You must toil and soil your fingers.
Even Elon Musk told his employees to go to work in the office or get fired.
The people who show you opulence and poshness on social media are mostly con men and criminals. - and this includes politicians.
80% of politicians running for elective seats are deplorable criminals, conmen, sluts, prostitutes, hooligans, racketeers, hoodlums, jailbreaks, scofflaws, felons and thieves.
They are running for elective seats to launder the money they have scammed from people or stolen from public coffers. - and then use their political powers to hide from the judicial system while continuing to steal.
When you see people posting posh houses, expensive clothes, and exquisite vehicles while showing you how they are living a lavish lifestyle, followed by a Bible quote or quotes by famous people, just know they are simply showing you a red herring to distract you from seeing their criminal intent.
Those are criminals.
You cannot be a millionaire overnight.
You cannot bet or gamble your way into wealth.
As a man, the system is rigged against you, therefore, you have no choice but to work as hard as you can to get out of poverty.
If you refuse to listen, you will be hunted by the people you have scammed or the security system, and you will be brutally murdered.
Most of these men are simps who are scamming people to please random women.
Live honestly and genuinely.
Be content with the small you have.
Don't be in a rush, be patient.

Modern parents are raising self-entitled swamp rats.
• They buy them smartphones at an early age
• Dance with them in TikTok videos
• Reward them when they throw tantrums
• Avoid punishing them
• Employ housemaids to carry out house tasks as children sit and play in the house
These children can't wash their clothes, cook a simple meal, or clean the table after a meal.
They even insult housemaids.
Some even talk back to their parents.
These are the children who grow to become the idiots you see saying, "children need privacy."
Which privacy?
The results of a poorly raised child are so many awkward and displeasing teenagers and young adults on X insulting people and disrespecting order.
Children need strict supervision and instant punishment.
Otherwise, the consequences will be catastrophic.
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kenya extends its deepest condolences to the Government and people of Kenya over the tragic dormitory fire at Utumishi Girls' Academy in Gilgil, Nakuru, which claimed at least 10 young lives.
In the spirit of the solidarity Kenyans showed with the Minab schoolgirls tragedy, we stand with you today.
May the Almighty grant eternal peace to the departed souls and comfort to the grieving families.

This afternoon, we will reveal evidence that a USAF C-17A Globemaster III cargo military aircraft (97-0046), using callsign RCH275, landed in Kenya today.
The C-17 is one of the largest military transport aircraft in the world. And it has to do with the Ebola-related deal Kenya signed
We tracked/followed the aircraft from the US to Ramstein Air Base, Germany, with records showing it touched down in Mombasa before proceeding to Nairobi, where it landed today.
I have independently verified the flight details. It was carrying materials related to the EBOLA station being set up in Kenya.
Its arrival raises fresh questions about reports that the US is moving ahead with plans involving Ebola patient transfers linked to Kenya despite public outrage and growing concern from many Kenyans.
I will continue monitoring all related movements, including planned flights from Uganda and activities in the DRC that our sources have already shared with us in relation to the planned patient transfer operation.
Follow me here -Sholla Ard- for updates. The next few days and weeks will be massive. With such evidence govt can never deny.

Okay, Documentary Twitter. Here are ten of my favourite YouTube documentaries with links. I tend to avoid AI videos because human beings aren't meant to consume AI slop.
A thread.
Discipline takes you far man. That's why those individuals who were self disciplined in primary school, high school and campus are progressing well in life.
Discipline compounds. The rewards are fulfilling.
Revolutions hukua na all kind of people, kuna wale wameenda kupora watu kwa maduka, kuna wale hawajui the value of cars wamekuja kuchoma garii za watu.
We all want the change but it shouldn't be the cost of other people loosing properties.
Investment worth millions lost due to peoples emotions.
So sad
