@British_Airways Please contact me urgently @British_Airways. Due to this strike I was unable to get my flight, and you are refusing me a refund/rebook as you have me as a "no show". The staff were unable to contact anyone at BA on the day so I had to book another flight. Cust service can't help
@British_Airways disgusting customer service. Due to a strike was put down as a no show, when I was in fact at check-in desk 3hrs early. Refusing refund or rebook. As a loyal customer of 15 yrs being left stranded at airport with 5 month baby... what happened to @British_Airways?
