Happy Monday! We have been absent from Twitter but are back with Fr Thomas Lim’s homily from the 4th Sunday of Easter - Good Shepherd Sunday https://t.co/uT8aDScoAU
This weekend we welcomed Fr Thomas Lim to our parish family to celebrate Holy Mass with us and preach. Here is his homily for the weekend https://t.co/tQBGdF8kLT
My brothers and sisters, being a missionary disciple means being a servant of love. And love is an ‘action word.’ Love includes working for justice in our society, working for reconciliation and unity. It means working to end divisions.
This weekend in the current liturgical calendar we celebrate the 2nd Sunday in Ordinary Time. Here is @laughingpriest Homily which reflects on the Wedding Feast of Cana and the first of Jesus signs. https://t.co/VnHiaVbzCY
@Shel03 This makes me incredibly sad…for all mascots who have no one to energize…to bring joy into their hearts when their team is losing (*ahem* Leafs *ahem*)…to dance, to give away free things…a high five and a selfie… we shall not let Megatron win! For the Mascots…for freedom
Take a moment to pray the beautiful Te Deum as an expression of thanksgiving to our gracious God for the blessings and special graces received this year.
We have been a bit behind on our postings for the homilies over the Christmas weekend. Here is @laughingpriest homily for Christmas Eve with the readings being taken from the Vigil Mass - “What’s your story?” https://t.co/PQ5xqNzxIh
@FJMallon He was a saintly man who witnessed to being faithful in challenging times. My takeaway from his lessons was the saints are our friends, and kept us on our toes to read the Roman Martyrology so that we would know what saints are commemorated each day.
