@TfL you changed the route of the 211 to no longer go from Sloane Square to Waterloo via Victoria. Are you planning to add any more buses to the 11 timetable? The 211 and 11 were busy anyway but now we’re down to 1 service and currently waiting 10 mins for a bus in rush hour

@TfL do you plan to do ANYTHING about ppl who don’t tap in? They push behind me & my 6yo son through the wide gate multiple times a wk at East Croydon. This morning we had barrage of abuse from man who pushed into me to get thru. More police?? You’d recoup so much money 🙄

@drmartens bought some Shriver boots 18 months ago. Worn them regularly but just for normal walking, not on building sites or climbing etc! Today I noticed a giant crack along the sole of the boot! Everyone was surprised as we all assumed DMs last for years! Can anything be done?

@SouthernRailUK Yes, we boarded at 17:02 and it departed just after. We’ve just got off at Horsham. Apparently crew made 7 announcemts yet there’s a huge no of ppl who’ve just boarded the train BACK to Victoria saying they didn’t know what was happening either. When asked crew were so rude

@SouthernRailUK I boarded the 17:05 from Victoria to East Croydon and after realising we were passing unfamiliar buildings, I realised we were miles away. I asked passengers on the train who said they thought they were going to East Croydon too. 1/2

There are no crew announcements and no ticker signs. I have no headphones in and am not distracted. I heard nothing. I have no idea what the next train station is. I’m with my young son who is now worried. What is going on?? 2/2

@SouthernRailUK @nationalrailenq Lift on platform 5/6 appears to be working but sporadically opens door and won’t travel up. So clearly not working. Also ruskin square lift is out. How are people meant to travel confidently when it’s a lottery what lift will be working?

@nationalrailenq the lift for platform 3&4 at East Croydon Stn has been out of order for weeks. Any idea when it will be back in use? It’s not great when travelling with a buggy…

@Citymapper are you planning to introduce a feature to turn off the rentable bikes from the app? Just trying to check a bus stop info and can’t select it due to the bike being left at the location
