@EastCoastKnits Isn’t there a phone number where you can tell secrets? Better yet, a therapist that’s required by law to keep your secret? I’m sorry. Secrets eat away at you so I’m hopeful you can find a way to get it out.
@mikeytheweasel@WeRWorld I really do enjoy Twitter so I’m hanging on in selfishness rather than quit in protest. It fits my need to connect internationally as well as entertain myself. There are lots of nice people on Twitter!
@Lynn_Nothegger Isn’t it either “donuts” or “pastries”? Every now and then I go get French pastries but never Danish pastries. If I get pastries from Mexico I say “pan”.
Well, during the first day of my big week hosting WeRWorld, I got blocked using an expression that was NOT mean or against the rules. Yikes. Never try to equate that feeling when you get Covid with “getting XYZ by a bus”.
@jac_siuhaj @briandotjp First of all, chocolates are quite regional and based on local ingredients. Think of creamy milk chocolate as a regional twist on other chocolates. Most American chocolate lovers shun Hershey’s milk chocolate. Secondly, “better” assumes you know best & isn’t culturally sensitive.
The next two weeks you can check me out @WeAreWorld. Can’t wait - we’re taking a trip to Washington DC! Plus, the whole family will be pirates for Halloween. How can you miss that?
