Phone GP and have a 2 min conversation with the duty Dr who prescribes ABx and apologies that we've been called out 🤦🏼‍♀️

The fault in our system:
Pt phones GP to get antibodies for a chest infection (same symptoms they have before needing Abx).
Pt told the surgery is too busy and they will have to call 111.
111 sends 999 ambo for 'Cough/Breathing Problems'.
