@VirginTrains I’ve left my mobile phone on your train. I’ve called lost property but apparently my train doesn’t exist when I know it does. Where can I go when lost property won’t help me?

@VirginTrains Yes. I explained the train time, location and end destination of train along with where I got off and apparently the train doesn’t exist. I was told to call network rail to find out the end destination and they couldn’t help. Absolutely ridiculous and unhelpful!
