@RubyGraceLevine @sofyasays Yea I think the institution even has more coverage to hold on to mental health records because the release can be considered "harmful" to the individual so psychiatrists have a lot more discretion to withhold records than other docs
@RubyGraceLevine @sofyasays technically your notes/the medical record belongs to the institution, not the patient, at least that's what they told me in the hospital to explain why you're not allowed to not look yourself up in the EMR
