Plus the telephone customer service team were totally useless and had contradicting information. Please explain this absolutely appalling service @easyJet? And please don’t blame it on the air strikes. That did not effect the customer care and communication we should have had.

I still can’t believe that our @easyJet flight from Valencia to Gatwick ended up delayed by 12 hours yesterday and there was literally no rep to be seen for the entirety who could help us at the airport, the only updates we got were on the app which kept changing its mind.

We didn’t hear an update for 5 hours before we were re-boarded. They never communicated the outcome to us at all, the whole flight had to just assume based on minimal information and for 12 hours we were provided €4,50 for refreshments but apparently some customers got €27?

I know I’m not a professional athlete, but I was also told that I wouldn’t be able to comfortably play sport again the morning of my ACL reconstruction and I’ve never played better netball than I do now, nearly 8 years on from surgery… Dedication and commitment usually win ✨

2 days ago I randomly bumped into the doctor who in 2017 told me “the good news is the problem you have in your hip can be fixed but you won’t be able to play professional sport again.” I think we dispelled that myth the last 5 days.😉Goodnight ❤️
