@skoutoulis @MartinSLewis @BritishGas I had this problem. Took over 8 months to get it sorted but I finally got my money back. You need to have an accuracy test done. Do not let them switch the meter until this is done as the old faulty one will be destroyed. I had to submit a complaint before anyone did anything.
