18 were killed, 13 shot at a Lewiston, Maine bowling alley in Oct 2023. A fund raised $4.9 million. They said 100% would go to victims, but over $1 million went to non-profits. 9 of those were Somalian organizations, including one of city councilman Iman Osman, a Somali refugee.
