That human cannot accept evidence (full video of theft, including clear images of thief, as well as full images of their very distinctive vehicle) but will send out an officer. Half an hour to make all these calls. Will post when we hear from an officer or officers. Not easy!!

#NOPD do better!! 311 directs to call non-emergency number for non-emergencies. Non-emergency line directs to online report page. Online report page directs you back to non-emergency line if you have evidence. Non-emergency line asks what district you're in, then enter that #.

That # gives you the number for the district in question (5th in this case). Calling that number gives you an officer who tells you to call the non-emergency number and press zero - not the number for your district. Calling that number and pressing zero does get you to a human.
