@YWHelp hi, just tried to call but lines are down. I changed my payment method at the weekend and had an email that my payments are going up now. My payments only just went up at the start of June with my yearly increase so bit confused. Please can you advise

@StagecoachYrks Hi, this is still continuing to happen, it’s always the 7.31 to Bradway from Woodhouse.. it’s gotten to the point where they are not cancelled until a couple of minutes before due when I’m already at the stop, could have gotten another service

@OctopusEnergy just moved over from Bulb and my electric meter readings have moved over (last taken 12th april) but you haven’t moved my latest gas one over (also 12th april). I’m about to take more readings and don’t want to be charged again.
