. @VirginTrains my 1st class journey was declassified and your staff told me that I would be compensated. Can't do it online and call centre advisor can't help, totally useless. WORST service ever. I use your WC line 3 weekends a month and this is how you treat a loyal customer
@VirginTrains & then told to call in. When I said that's what I was doing, was told he couldn't help but I should call another team. When I asked for the number he told me he couldn't give it to me and to go online. Your form is missing a submit button. SO frustrated
@VirginTrains . @VirginTrains 19:00 from Euston to Manchester Piccadilly 20/04/18. I am so disappointed with your customer service. On a chargeable phone call for 30 mins w/1 of your advisors. Told me to go online via delay repay or refund - NEITHER compensate on declassified journeys
