I am currently an inpatient at NUH and I was transferred to another ward yesterday - the nurse said “would you like to walk or go in a wheelchair?” and I said “walk please”. It was a slow walk but we made it!

We walked a short distance on the South West Coast path this week- Woolacombe to Lee Bay. It was stunning and so hot. I thought of @raynor_winn and her fabulous book 😍
