No one available to discuss this either. Never had it with other companies like VRBO, Airbnb, solid luxury or hoseasons

@BootsUK standing in the Kirkcaldy store in full view of the lady at the pharmacy desk. Stood for around 10mins, then asked if anyone was serving to be told we are a bit busy here and the pharmacist is going for a break in 5 minutes. Fair enough but maybe communicate that 😡😡
