@AmazonHelp Keeping you updated... still no parcel 😞 contacted Hermes and they confirmed that it’s missing. Was told that I need to take it up with Amazon... going in circles here. I’ve had to order another from you to make sure the present is here in time for Christmas 😐

@AmazonHelp Ok, I’ve reported the details of the missing delivery, as I did here on Twitter too. I now await 12 hours for a reply, meanwhile this Christmas present is still missing. Can you not send me a new one out, seeing as it’s Amazon’s job to get my delivery to me on time? @WhichUK
