@TM76361657 @BennnyH To a degree - my credit rating hasn’t been affected, and there are ways around finding places to live that don’t require a reference. I appreciate not everyone wants to go full scorched earth but there are ways when you literally can’t afford the alternative

@IanStockport @BennnyH You can challenge it though. Actually getting someone out on a section 21 takes months, so if a tenant refuses and you issue a S21, they’re probably able to stay in property legally at the current rate for at least a further 6 months
