@msfrenchteach @Brits_ I have just finished! I think the hardest part of the admin role is all the after hours obligations. And many people expect an instant response even if it’s the weekend or spring break, or on a sick day!

A2: I am learning that I have to carve out time to enjoy things for myself. It's hard and I feel like the work is never done, but I can't pour from an empty cup. Also, turning my email notifications off of my phone has helped! #loveSCschools @SCASCD

A3 I believe @MrsAPursley shared this with me at one of our meetings this year... know your faculty and staff's work "love language" so you know that they are truly feeling appreciated by the gifts, words, actions, etc. that you are providing.
