@MailchimpHelp I am trying to edit a very old double opt in subscribe confirmation landing page. It looks like there is no way to access it through the platform unless I'm missing something. Can you help me?
@AskWorkspace I'm trying to sign up for Workspace for my new business using an older domain that used to connect to a workspace. I've been unable to sign up for days - it's keeping me from launching my business. I submitted verification docs - haven't heard back in over 48 hours
This is me. After too many antibiotics I developed food sensitivities. Never had any before.
Wondering if nervous system -> immune dysregulation is the root cause. Trying Nerva IBS program. Would be SO nice to regulate my nervous system & be able to open up my restricted diet.
We all have our tools of “choice” for regulating our nervous systems in a stressful world. For some people it’s alcohol, for some Twitter, for others work. For me it’s always been food.
But this one new small habit is changing that.

I've struggled for decades with overeating, using food as a tool to calm my nervous system & cope with anxiety
Deep breathing slows me down & calms my nervous system BEFORE I start eating. I no longer need food as a medicator. I'm learning how to be in my body for the experience
For me, it's doing a very short breath work session before starting to eat and periodically putting my fork down between bites to pause and breathe intentionally.
This is a new habit for me that is completely transforming my relationship with eating and food.
@MaxCountryman Yes! me too! I walk almost every morning to get sunshine, fresh air and SPACE before I jump into the thick of my day. I feel it (not in a good way) when I skip my morning walk.
What practices do you use to actively manage your physiology in response to stress?
What’s been most helpful for you to regulate yourself when your triggered (angry, anxious etc)?
@Ben__Gustafson Me too @Ben__Gustafson.
I’ve also been practicing the “psychological sigh” learned from the @hubermanlab podcast recently.
2 short inhales through the nose, 1 longer exhale through the mouth. Repeat a few times.
I feel my heart beat slow immediately as I breath out.
When we're navigating the rough waters of our lives, there are no such thing as right or wrong decisions. There are only YOUR decisions.

@matthewdivack I was a bootstrapped founder and have worked in tech and to this day I didn't realize founder have to revest when they raise a round. Thank you for the info!
@MadeByGeorgi Thank you for sharing what you enjoyed and the quote. I definitely felt that in my bones...that's what I want to learn, how to transform those stories and feelings so I can do better for any future children I may have.
