WHAT. A. DAY. I am so so so proud of myself today after qualifying for state in disc. Although I ended my high school shot put career tonight, I am so grateful to go on state with a PR throw of 141’3”! @ASHxc_trk #rolljags #sectionals

A little rough here and there, but I pulled it together and took 2nd in disc and 4th in shot to move on to Sectionals. I threw 129’10” for disc and 36’9” for shot. Can’t wait for Thursday!! @ASHxc_trk #rolljags #regionals

DOUBLE PR TODAY AT CONFERENCE!! PR’d 1 inch over my previous with 133’8” for disc and threw a MAJOR PR of 38’.5” for shot! So happy with the results today, but there’s still a lot to build on! @ASHxc_trk #rolljags

PR’d today in shot put!! I threw 4” over my previous PR, but there’s still a lot left in the tank. I am staying consistent in disc with 129’11”, but yet again there is still a lot left in the tank for this year. I am really excited for what’s to come! @ASHxc_trk #rolljags

Not the best meet in my opinion, but was still successful in both events. Took 1st in disc w/ 127’9” and took 4th in shot w/ 34’5.5” (they didn’t mark it for some odd reason?). Lots to build on, but excited for the next meet. (peep the fit in the 72 degrees) #rolljags @ASHxc_trk

Had a pretty good meet yesterday with 2nd in disc and 4th in shot! Threw 130’4” for discus and 36’2” for shot (only .5 off from my pr). Still a lot I can fix and improve on. On to the next one! #rolljags @ASHxc_trk

Another super rainy and windy meet, but managed to get a season best so far of 130’11”. As for shot, this was my first meet doing rotational. Ended up with 35’4.75”, but had a farther one right outside the sector. On to the next one @ASHxc_trk #rolljags

Last year at this exact meet, I scratched my first 2 throws and on my last one I was going to do a power, but I said screw it and I PR’d. Today was no different scratch-wise. My 3rd throw was 129’2”. For shot, I threw 35’7.5” so overall a pretty good meet! @ASHxc_trk #rolljags

An interesting meet to say the least. We had 34mph gusts of wind facing directly towards us for our every throw. I took 2nd with 123’4” and 3rd with 33’1.5”. It’s not where I want to be, but I know I have to trust the process! @ASHxc_trk @FoxValleyThrows #rolljags

Proud of my first outdoor meet today with first in disc and second in shot! I threw a few 130’ throws in warm ups, but ended up with 119’1” as my winning throw. As for shot, I’m creeping up on my PR with today’s throw of 35’5.25”! Only up from here! @ASHxc_trk #rolljags
