Sectionals may be the most nerve wracking day for any track coach! Great thing is we have great kids that push through. Wanna start with @thea_thrower who will make her third straight trip down to state after winning the shot and discus last night.

A little rough here and there, but I pulled it together and took 2nd in disc and 4th in shot to move on to Sectionals. I threw 129’10” for disc and 36’9” for shot. Can’t wait for Thursday!! @ASHxc_trk #rolljags #regionals

A little update for ya’ll: at today’s regional meet I took first place in the shotput with a throw of 40’ 9” and achieved a massive personal goal and hit 152’7” in disc. There’s still lots to improve on, but I’m proud of where I am. Congrats to everyone advancing to sectionals!
