Sam Buchanan signs First Team Contract ✨

We can confirm that under 20s starlet Sam Buchanan has signed a new long-term first-team contract at the club.

Paul Milligan: “Sam is a very talented young player, who has shown in our recent friendlies that he is more than capable of making the step up to 1st team football. He has shown real quality whenever he has been given the opportunity.

It is vital to the club that we keep, and promote, our best young talent. I am delighted to welcome Sam as the first of the new crop of exciting young players to commit their development, and future, to the club.”

Supporters will have noticed Sam has been part of our 1st team squad regularly of late. He will continue his transition to 1st team football over the remainder of this season, whilst also continuing to play for our Under 20s side. He will then move fully in to the first team squad this summer.
