Today @ChildRightsIRL #EndChildPoverty event I outlined how I’ll be advocating for increases in particular payments in #Budget25 proven to help decrease poverty rates in households.
It behoves us all as politicans to continue to push to eliminate child poverty & I certainly will.

15 years ago immigrants became my neighbours, and soon became friends. Their young child had started school. Teacher spoke about family, and she was sad as she had no grandfather. She asked me to be her grandad. I was happy to do so. She +2 siblings are part of my 17 grandkids!
