@ZelenskyyUa confirmed ongoing Starlink disruptions, reported interruptions to critical U.S. intelligence sharing and raised concerns about delays in air defense interceptors. He also reiterated his willingness to halt strikes on Russian energy facilities if Putin agrees to do the same.

Congress has overwhelmingly supported tough sanctions against those enabling Putin’s war. We remain committed to standing with Ukraine and our European allies to end Russia’s brutal aggression and secure lasting peace.
