@Airtel_Presence I raised an eSIM request through airtel mobile app and I received a message saying there’s an error and I should change the sim. Called customer care, there’s no option to speak to an exec and the automatic response says my phone is not compatible. It’s iPhone 16

@airtelindia I’m following up on a complaint for the last 10 days. Visit to the store, calls to customer care or tweets did not help. Every time I call, I’m promised a call back. But the issue still exists. I was promised a call back yesterday but did not receive any.
