@CWOA please help! We were due to attend on Saturday 5/11 with an overnight stay. Due to my son being very poorly we were not able to come. I can’t seem to get in touch with anybody to discuss this?

@spabreaks are an horrendous company with awful customer service! Don’t buy spa vouchers as they will not reinstate when you cannot attend due to Covid 🤷🏼‍♀️ (well they do for some but not for others!)
