Namping is an actor.
Filming projects, completing pending works, and consistently having dramas or series airing should be a priority. An actor should not remain in a situation where they lack projects or disappear from the screen for long periods of time. Artist development needs a clear and long-term direction, not something that only depends on short-term activities.
As for the AE team and the company, they should carefully check every job opportunity, respond to clients quickly, and know how to prioritize schedules properly. Major opportunities should not be missed simply because of scheduling conflicts or poor management.
Or does the fandom really have to speak up every single month before AE finally goes back to check whether there are any solo jobs for the artist?

Right now, there are far too many top spender events while mass media jobs are being limited, even though the artist himself clearly has the potential to attract the general public. Once an artist’s commercial value increases, the focus should be on selecting higher-quality opportunities, not filling half a month or even an entire month with mostly top spender activities.
If the current team is not capable of properly taking care of both artists during periods when both of them have solo schedules, then the company should consider hiring an additional manager specifically for Namping’s solo work.
Namping should not constantly be switching between different teams for every single job, with no consistency in management or image building. If the goal is long-term growth, then there needs to be a stable, professional management system with enough staff to properly support the artist.

What the fandom needs right now are clear and tangible results — not vague words or hints from Aof.
Why is one side constantly receiving visible results, projects, and clear direction, while the other side remains stuck in uncertainty all the time?

And finally, to those who continue normalizing this situation: if everything continues to be pushed toward only one side while the other side remains unclear and uncertain, then this fandom will not remain stable in the long run. Eventually, there will only be two outcomes — either fans slowly lose motivation and leave because the imbalance becomes too overwhelming, or they are forced to choose their own bias.
If you truly want this CP to last for a long time and want the CP fandom to remain strong, then people should acknowledge the actual root of the conflict instead of continuing to normalize it.
