Movement: bottom up, as below so above (smile to be happier)

meditation: not just finding the space between thoughts, but also giving particular thoughts an increased vector, adding inertia (sense of importance) to ones that “resonate”… gardening.

music: harmonics that add guiderails to a set of intentions.

Harmonics: get all 50 trillion cells to work together, and the pig will fly.

Nutrition: both the maintenance of having proper building blocks as well as the eradication of toxins (micro plastics, heavy metals) … more gardening.

As we think, so are we.

And yes, psychedelics can be a great way to catch a quantum leap in awareness.
