Check our recent paper on the relaxation mechanism and control of the spin current in FeCo/Ta bilayers. We measured exceptionally low damping values 5 x 10-4 at 15% Co concent. in our epitaxial films and an increase of damping of 420 % betw. easy and hard magnetization directions
