I paid for PPM since the 3rd of Aug. 23, and after weeks, I was called on the 18th of Sept. that my meter will be installed the next day being 19th. As I write the installer have been tossing me around even gave me an appointment for today 21st Sept.

One of the reasons we have quacks in our hospitals is an example of what is seen at Rivers State School of health (CHEW dept) where lecturer mandates students to buy textbook meant for a full session 2 days to exam

This is why I have told myself that Naija school is scam and no way to education in this country. Gov. Sim should look into this because from the HoD down to the least lecturer in CHEW sees sorting as normal and it's done without remorse
