@FCPSLeads A11: The learning question instills confidence in admin as it goes beyond reflection to learning that can be applied. By using the LQ both the coach and coachee feels a sense of introspection as there is deep thought placed on the question and the response #FCPSLIFTCHAT
@MBaiseyFCPS@FCPSLeads Like your response @MBaisey and I agree. On our teams we can have many differing opinions to any challenge. Asking questions can help our leaders to use their strengths and experiences to problem solve and own the results #FCPSLIFTCHAT
@FCPSLeads A7: To increase any area of TERA, the people you coach must have a level of trust in u. Asking questions (what do you want?) increases trust and gives those you lead clarity. It also gives people a general sense that u are with them as they problem solve issues #FCPSLIFTCHAT

@FCPSLeads A6: The focus question puts the focus on the person who you are coaching rather than the issue that may need to be solved. By adding "for you" it puts the ownership on the coachee thus helping their development as a leader #FCPSLIFTCHAT.
@FCPSLeads A5: AWE reminds me of asking the 5 why's of root cause analysis. It's a great way to find the heart of the issue while giving the control to the other person #FCPSLIFTCHAT
@FCPSLeads A4 Upon reading the definition I have been coaching for performance. Putting the 3p's to use will help to focus the conversation around what they want to discuss or need help with #FCPSLIFTCHAT
@UMSHawks A1:Circle #3: With less chances to meet with teams, dept, groups through the pandemic i have become more disconnected from the work that we are trying to do. I do believe that building simple habits can help me to get reengaged and break out of being disconnected. #FCPSLIFTCHAT
Knights win, 4-2 over Williamsport. Jackson McDaniel gets the win throwing 3 Inn, giving up 2 ER. Graham Brown was impressive in relief: 4 IP, 0 H, 0 BB, 6 K's. Brown had 2 hits with a double. Cole Crist had 2 hits and 2 RBI's. He and Trevor Woelkers each doubled.
I'm comfortable giving a student who needed 4 attempts to master a skill the same grade as the #student who only needed 1 attempt.
'If' a student learns is more important to me than 'when.'
