@AskPS_UK there seems to be an issue with right thumb stick on both my dual shock 4 controllers. It drifts to the left without any manual input. Would this be covered under warranty? I purchased the console and additional controller July 16th 2019 (from Amazon).

I replied to an email and provided a change of address and order number but got no response.

The generic email response to queries says supply order number and new address to change from in-store collection to home delivery, which I did, but no response 10 days later...?!
