I went to app to report & it offered me a small cashback to my account with no option to reject.

I accepted but emailed customer service who said there’s nothing they can do.

Is that not shambolic?

@maitlis / @jonsopel - I really enjoy your podcasts but your repeated use of the term “committed suicide” in the last couple of weeks is a real issue. In yesterday’s episode you also described a method of suicide.
Both the phrase and discussion method are absolute no-nos.

The phrase “committed” is stigmatising and indicates someone has done something (eg “commit murder”)

Research tells us that describing methods of suicide can increase the chances of someone at risk making an attempt.

I totally understand why you need why you need to discuss.
