Three years ago I had a nervous breakdown. I learnt to say it in private with friends, family and clients. But now I’m saying it in public. Here’s my story... (cc @missconniemac)

I’m now being asked to follow two different accounts with no authenticity and only about 40 followers each. No indication of these accounts in the JEUK account.
Absolutely bonkers service from @JustEatUK
@JustEatUK I ordered a meal on Wed from McDonalds. It arrived completely cold.
I went to app to report & it offered me a small cashback to my account with no option to reject.
I accepted but emailed customer service who said there’s nothing they can do.
Is that not shambolic?

But please follow the guidelines on how to do this sensitively.
You might think you’re talking about Epstein, but others who may be vulnerable will be hearing this.
Thanks for a great pod. 🙂

@maitlis / @jonsopel - I really enjoy your podcasts but your repeated use of the term “committed suicide” in the last couple of weeks is a real issue. In yesterday’s episode you also described a method of suicide.
Both the phrase and discussion method are absolute no-nos.
The phrase “committed” is stigmatising and indicates someone has done something (eg “commit murder”)
Research tells us that describing methods of suicide can increase the chances of someone at risk making an attempt.
I totally understand why you need why you need to discuss.
@DonaldsonESPN He’s hugely impressive - in particular I like how relaxed and calm he is, which when you listen carefully is actually really strategic. It feels like a very long time since hearts had a manager who had that.
We’ve just enjoyed the most successful week in our history, with EIGHT new projects secured including some brilliant new and returning clients. 😍

What potentially amazing news for the future as I know so many of us were told to give up gluten before being tested for coeliac disease. Hopefully in the future this might be something for us and/or for future generations 🙌
@Coeliac_UK
Won the popular vote, and a heroic second. Yuval is a hero.
I’m also pleased she also won the popular vote too in the UK.
The tiny jury vote was the difference in the end. You can work out why that was.
As Norton said, EBU wouldn’t have wanted a Tel Aviv final.
Of course.
This brave woman endured unimaginable horrors.
Yet she stands tall, proud, strong - sharing her light with the world.
Yuval is our hero 💙
Now’s our chance to show her love and support by VOTING #04 at https://t.co/hOK923EQ1D 🇮🇱
