@AmyGorbell@Pete_Goodison That’s probably pretty accurate. Satellite data shows we tracked back to our last known position at the time they went overboard which was around 1:50 am but it was a good 10 hours before we were back on site
@angelfire_x@VirginVoyages The Captain has just updated us that the search has been suspended y the UK coastguard and we are heading to Portsmouth. Very sad. He said back in port around 7pm tomorrow
@angelfire_x@VirginVoyages Looks like we are back onto our original course. We were last at this position 14 hours ago which may give an indication how far delayed we are.
@abaddick@AmyGorbell@Pete_Goodison This is where we are, off the northern coast of Spain in the Bay of Biscay, not far from our first port of call at La Coruna
@VirginVoyages how long is it likely to be before the app and website are working to manage existing bookings for resilient lady? Can’t do anything at the moment, can’t even view my booking
@SixtUK hi I’m looking at booking through the app for Belfast cruise terminal which is a meet and greet location. The app lets me book for the city airport but I can’t tell it to use the cruise meet and greet. Is that not currently available? Will I have to go to airport?
@VirginVoyages I really hope the pre-boarding experience hasn’t put anyone off because the ship is great, the food is amazing and the entertainment is high quality! Good luck fixing the process for the next sailing, and thanks for the card 😉
@VirginVoyages The bottle neck was the test itself. Everything else was fine. In the testing station there were too many empty testing booths. The capacity was there you just need the healthcare company to have more testers on site
@VirginVoyages The experience certainly changed for the better once we were onboard, no doubt helped by the copious amounts of free bubbly on @richardbranson - shame that it took 4 hours from arriving at the test centre to bring onboard. Thanks for trying to make things right! 🥂🍾🛳
