Frustrated with the delay on my recall order. Seeing units for sale while mine remains unfulfilled is disappointing. Can you provide a realistic timeline instead of vague updates? Transparency would be appreciated.
@BlendJet I’ve been waiting 6 months for my BlendJet base replacement. Despite numerous emails, I’ve been told I will receive the product, but there’s been no progress or timeline. This is unacceptable, and I need an immediate resolution. Please provide a concrete update.
