Running is great and feels amazing, but going for a run is sometimes a process you need to force yourself to go on. That being said, I'm enjoying being more relaxed, but I'm looking forward to go for a run again.
Right, so I haven't posted in a while. Consistency and amount of content is key to get traction, followers and listeners. But I just have been out of it. Here's why. ๐
While I want to keep posting the podcast and meeting and talking with interesting people, I feel like I had a mini burn out. The feeling of "I have to do it" instead of "I want to do it" is a mood killer. The best comparison I can come up with is running.

@hemeon I was told in the beginning of my career that the best way to start learning is by looking and copying. Eventually you learn enough to do your own.
@femkesvs Willingness to learn and grow. I did an internship, some time as a junior and then some time as a midweight. When I got promoted to senior I did it by leveraging an offer from a different company (+ยฃ10k per year and senior role) and I felt I deserved due to my work and experience
This is such a cartoonish version of an abusing boss that you almost question whether it's real. But yep, it's real. Collective punishment. Arbitrary goals. Fucking KPIs my ass.
