@nest we got our thermostat less than 6 months ago , and we have had several issues with ZERO HELP from your customer service !!! How can you claim the ‘smart’ aspect of your nest program is smart , if it drops our home temp to 7 DEGREES CELSIUS in the middle of Feb???? 1/2
