The companies making headlines today started showing risk signals 60-90 days ago.
That's the pattern in our layoff data.
Sentiment in professional discussions shifts first.
Financial metrics follow.
The announcement comes last.
Right now, LayoffHub is tracking elevated risk scores across several sectors - companies where the signal combination is similar to what we've seen precede confirmed layoffs in our historical dataset.
I'm not going to post a list of company names here.
But the platform surfaces them. Publicly. Free.
If you're an analyst tracking workforce trends, a recruiter watching sector health, or a professional evaluating your next move - this is the kind of lead time that changes decisions.
We're early. 18 data models, AI sentiment analysis, a self-improving prediction engine, and a job coach agent built in.
The tracker that tells you what happened is a newspaper.
This is a radar.

I recently flew @Delta on a flight in first class and was treated like a second class citizen.
- It felt like 5-10 minutes from when I sat down to get a drink. The drink was strong but the service was uneventful.
- Not only did we not get snacks it was never offered. Yes there was a bit of small turbulence nothing crazy very small chop of that but as a frequent flyer of @AmericanAir they never seem to have an issue.
- I understand safety is a priority but figure out your customer service for paying customers otherwise whatโs the value add. I flew economy on the way back and it was worse.
Everyone FLY @AmericanAir

The next few months for hiring is looking bleak but September and October are prime time months to find a new role otherwise you will need to wait until 2027.
