@lettersfromjuno have to work so hard to reconstitute its moisture barrier, minimizing sebum production overall when you properly oil up & moisturize after cleansing. My skin doesn’t really get oily at all anymore.

@lettersfromjuno Had acne, combo skin & a crazy oily T zone growing up. Not sure what you do but Ik when I struggled with it, I would stay away from creams and oils on my face after cleansing because I felt like it would only make it worse. But it actually helps dramatically bc your skin doesn’t
