Great Day II at districts. Qualified for states in the 4x4, splitting 49. something. 3:19.72 as a team, 3rd overall in 3A District 1, and PA #8 going into states this upcoming weekend.

Not a PR, but went 50.88 to get 7th at the leauge championships in the open 400, and came back 30 minutes later to split 50.07 for the anchor leg of North Penn. Districts this weekend where I’ll be running open 400 and 4x4.

Nice meet at the 14th Annual Jack Armstrong Invitational. 2nd place 4x4, first leg, and a 51.00 split on the first leg, for north penn, and a team time of 3:23.94. More to come at penn relays this weekend in the 4x4 and 4x1👍🏼
