@SMARTYMobileUK TWO WEEKS without any phone service (no signal & no 4g or 5g). Your chat tells me it's "congestion" and there is no timeframe for the issue to be resolved. Does this mean you cannot/will not resolve it?!
@SMARTYMobileUK I can't just wait until 3G is turned off, as you have no timeframe for that either. I reiterate my question: is this something Smarty aren't going to do anything about? I need my phone for work, apart from anything else. Are you going to provide a service I can use, or not?
@TimesVillage@SMARTYMobileUK On one day out of 3? Lucky you. I'm now on day 3 of 3 with no signal/internet access. Apparently, lots of people are trying to connect to the same mast as me. Engineers are apparently trying to fix it, but 3 days in, there's still no sign of an improvement π‘
@DrZofia Hope your Christmas gets better... & that your clergy person realises that they have not practiced what they preach & - though it's tough - is courageous enough to try and make things right.
